Arsenal's FA Cup triumph on Saturday is sure to prove a boost to Mikel Arteta's recruitment plans this summer. The Gunners won an all-time leading 14th FA Cup - two more than closest rivals Manchester United - with a 2-1 victory over Chelsea at Wembley.
And as well as representing a major achievement for Arteta in his first season as manager, it should also help him achieve his transfer aims this summer.
Arsenal can now offer European football next season, which should help to entice some of their transfer targets, as well as hopefully persuading some current stars to stay - with fans particularly anxious over the future of two-goal FA Cup final hero Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
