Archie Lyndhurst's inquest scrapped as investigation into his death is discontinued

Archie Lyndhurst's inquest has been abandoned, The Mirror can reveal. The Mirror has found out the coroner's investigation into 19-year-old's death was discontinued.

The CBBC star, who was the son of the Only Fools and Horses actor Nicholas Lyndhurst, was found dead aged 19 at his family home in Fulham, London on September 22.

His death was treated as "unexplained but not suspicious". West London's Coroners told The Mirror: "The Coroner’s investigation into Archie’s death has been discontinued and no inquest will be required." The Mirror has approached Nicholas Lyndhurst's representatives for further comment.

Nicholas and Lucy laid their son Archie to rest at a tiny chapel in November. They shared they were "utterly grief stricken"
