A group of youths were seen to vandalise a parked camper van on Sunday evening.Scone Community Council tried to find the van owners to alert them to what had happened on Spoutwell Road.After a group of people tore off the vehicle’s wing mirrors at around 9pm on August 1, the incident was reported to the police.Two male youths, aged 15-17, were seen.
