Andrew Lloyd Webber is set to take a £20million hit to his fortune, thanks to the coronavirus pandemic. The 72-year-old composer is expected to lose millions of pounds due to the lockdown that has seen the closure of theatres in the West End in London and New York’s Broadway.

Andrew, who is famous for his work on classic musicals including Cats, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and The Phantom of the Opera, was set to open new musical Cinderella, scripted by Killing Eve’s Emeral Fennell, in London in September, but it has now been delayed due to Covid-19.

Despite his losses, Andrew has still topped the list of wealthiest musicians in 2020, alongside Sir Paul McCartney. According to the Sunday Times Rich List, Andrew and
