Peter Sinclair, 55, from Stockport, told a coroner he had a 'nocturnal seizure', which can cause sleepwalking and unusual unconscious behaviour, after working a 14-and-a-half hour shift.
It led to him crashing into two cars while driving home at 'excessive speed' on the wrong side of Wilmslow Road in Handforth, Cheshire, on the morning of May 21, 2018.
Tragically, his Ford Fiesta also hit with pedestrian Helena Randall, 29, from Handforth, after Mr Sinclair drove through a set of traffic lights on red, Cheshire Live reports.
