Talking about appearing on the show Aled explained that he didn't take part to be an inspiration for anyone else, but to prove to himself that he could do it.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins came to an end tonight in a final episode that saw the remaining five celebrities put through an intense interrogation to see if they would "crack". The show started with 12 celebrities leaving their comfortable homes and lifestyles behind to travel to the Inner Hebrides in Scotland and put through tough challenges by ex SAS members.
