Alec Baldwin revealed his driver’s car was stolen moments after he landed in the UK as he prepares for his first “secret project” since the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The 63-year-old actor touched down into Heathrow Airport on Friday (4 February), but the star suffered an unfortunate mishap after his vehicle was pinched that afternoon.Luckily the actor managed to take the incident quite well as he struggled to contain his laughter while he explained the awkward moment to his adoring fans online. It comes after reports that the dad-of-seven is filming scenes in the UK for the upcoming film 97 Minutes which follows the story of a hijacked plane set to crash when its fuel runs out.As he walked down the Hampshire high street, he told his 2.4 million followers: "I’m gonna go ahead and record this because I think it’s funny …"I get to the airport.

I fly on a sleeper flight, and I get to the airport and I get through the immigration. I get my bags and I'm heading to the car that’s gonna drive me to where I'm going."He continued in his self-confessed "bad" British accent: "And the driver says, ‘Yeah, we’re gonna go the car park’."And there he goes.

I don’t see him for twenty minutes, he’s gone. And I'm like, ‘Wow.’ On my itinerary, there’s a number for the car service."I call and the guy says, ‘I’m not your driver, I'm the owner of the company and your driver, I’ve been on the phone with him the past few minutes and he tells me your car has been stolen from the car park’."Oh s**t.

What else? ‘Your driver, it’s gone’. Then the guy comes walking up. ‘It’s gone’. I’m walking around clicking my keychain, the door opener to find out where it is.
