Adam Peaty, 26, and Katya Jones, 32, will perform their second dance of the series this weekend, but the dancer has suffered a hair-related injury following the “lump” she was left with last week.

During rehearsals this morning, the swimmer yanked out a chunk of her hair in a press up gone wrong.The Strictly Come Dancing pro shared the moment with her 185,000 Instagram followers, with a story that featured a rather sheepish-looking Adam trying to suppress a grin.“Do you want to tell them what you’ve done?” Katya asked.

The Olympian, who has 561,000 Instagram followers of his own, explained: “Yes, so there’s a very delicate part of the move - the dance, sorry.“It’s like a press up and clap.
