A skeleton service will operate for key workers. Transport for London has confirmed a reduced service will run in the UK capital as it attempts to curb the spread of deadly coronavirus.

A skeleton service will allow key workers to travel, but from Friday there will be no Waterloo & City line and the Night Tube will not run until further notice.

From today, a maximum of 40 London Underground stations that do not interchange with other lines will also be closed. London buses will also operate fewer services, but still run at night as Londoners are urged to not use public transport for anything apart from essential journeys across the capital.
