A driver was left trapped after their car flipped over outside a pub in Oldham. The incident happened near the Coach and Horses in Waterhead.
Firefighters used cutting gear to rescue the woman from her vehicle after the accident yesterday evening. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, said: “Just after 6.30pm last night (Friday April 8), three fire engines from Oldham central and Chadderton fire station along with the Technical Response Unit from Ashton were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Huddersfield Road, Oldham.” “Crews arrived quickly at scene and used specialist equipment to rescue a woman from one of the vehicles.
