dog's head was nearly ripped off by another at a park.Irish red setter Holly was left fighting for life in a horror attack from another dog which locked its jaws around her neck at a park.Holly's owner Brian Ross, 61, previously explained he got down on his hands and knees beat the Staffy-type dog off her but it refused to let go.The poor attack victim needed emergency surgery as blood poured out from her neck once the beast released its grip at the football pitches on Great Southern Road, Aberdeen on June 6.
