Wearing just dark slippers, black boxers and an unzipped hooded jacket the 52-year-old actor raise a hand in the air as he stood amongst fallen leaves.
Sharing the picture to his 52.8m followers, Will wrote: "I'm gonna be real wit yall - I'm in the worst shape of my life." The actor, who has had to lose and gain weight for roles in the past, is remembered for his role as a fictionalised 'Will Smith' on 1990's hit show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
