Newcastle should target a move for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha if their Saudi Arabian takeover goes through, according to former Tottenham striker Darren Bent.
Mike Ashley is on the verge of ending his wretched Magpies ownership after accepting a £300m bid to sell the club to a Saudi-led consortium.
The last thing required for the deal to go through is Premier League approval, although Amnesty International and beIN Sports have written to the English top-flight urging them not to give it the green light.
If the ownership changes hands, though, Newcastle will be expected to splash the cash when the summer transfer window opens.
