For all the latest news from in and around Bolton, sign up for the free MyBolton newsletter Ian Evatt revealed releasing Shaun Miller was probably his hardest decision of the summer transfer window but made the call as he believes Bolton Wanderers needs something different in the striking department next season in League One.
The 33-year-old joined Bolton last summer after being released by Crewe Alexandra. He scored a total of four goals in 24 games for Wanderers, largely off the bench as a replacement for number one striker Eoin Doyle.
Though only finding the back of the net on a few occasions, this included winning goals in 1-0 victories against Southend United and Barrow.
