Kanye West's lawsuit against Walmart is having an effect — the retailer has reportedly pulled its Yeezy knockoff shoes from its online store.Last week, the rapper (who owns the Yeezy brand) took legal action against the biggest retailer in the world for selling footwear that looked similar to his Yeezy brand "Foam Runner" shoes. "Walmart is flagrantly trading off of his and Yeezy brand's popularity by offering for sale an imitation version of the Yeezy Foam Runner," the lawsuit said.Walmart pulled the shoes quickly after the lawsuit was filed, TMZ reported.
The retailer, for that matter, said the online listings were from a third party.Knockoffs are still listed elsewhere online.When Walmart was selling its foam shoe, Kanye's team said it.
