Vasilios Barkas has revealed he can't stand being a keeper and wishes he was an outfield star. Celtic remain locked in talks with the AEK Athens star over a potential £5million deal to replace Fraser Forster - who appears highly unlikely to return to Glasgow.
Barkas was linked earlier this year with a £7 million move to Roma after impressive displays for AEK. And, in an interview just last month, the Greek international revealed that although he's enjoyed the plaudits for his performances in goals, he'd rather play as an outfield player.He said: "I don't like playing as a goalkeeper.
