Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Daily hospital admissions stood at an equally alarming 125,220 with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ) warning there could be 82,000 more deaths in the next 24 days.
It's the ninth day this month that deaths have exceeded 3,000 - the first being on December 9 - with the country's total currently at 341,505, according to The COVID Tracking Project.
