The programme, which airs this Thursday at 8.05pm on BBC One, follows HRH The Duke of Cambridge as he attempts to reduce the stigma around mental health through the prism of football.
As well as Mings, the likes of Burnley goalkeeper Joe Hart and Chelsea manager Frank Lampard will discuss their experiences, while former Premier League footballer Marvin Sordell opens up about his struggles with depression The film will also tell the stories of men from across the country who have been affected by mental health issues.
