A hit-and-run driver who left two teenage girls injured - one seriously - is being hunted by police. Greater Manchester Police said a 14-year-old girl remained in a 'serious condition' in hospital on Sunday.
She is said to have suffered 'life-changing pelvic and abdominal injuries' in the collision in Bolton town centre on Saturday night.
A second girl, who is 17, was treated at the scene by paramedics. Police said she escaped with minor injuries. Both girls were crossing Great Moor Street in Bolton town centre when they were hit by a red Audi A4 which, police say, subsequently failed to stop.
