Two men have been charged with murder after a taxi driver died following a serious assault. Connor McPartland, 20, of Hollins Road, Oldham, and Martin Treacy, 18, of Gawsworth Close, Oldham, have now both been charged with murder and are due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court later this week.
Officers were called to an assault on Queensway in Rochdale at around 5am on October 30.
