Medics have reported two cases of a rare mystery illness in Greater Manchester which is affecting children across the country.
Neither of the two cases resulted in the child being admitted to intensive care. Doctors have stressed the ‘inflammatory syndrome’ is extremely rare, but all cases are being monitored by the country’s pediatric experts.
