The man who launched a racist tirade on a London Tube train before being floored with a punch has been unmasked as a rich businessman's son.

Billy Steele, 31, has today been named as the person who called black passengers 'pets' in a shocking viral video. And he is the son of 'wealthy' construction firm owners in Croydon, reports MailOnline.
