Tottenham Hotspur’s first team have returned to training following the Covid-19 outbreak at the club. Antonio Conte’s side were meant to be facing Brighton on Sunday, but the game was postponed, with the same also happening with their meeting with Rennes in the European Conference League earlier in the week.
Despite the disruption to their schedule, first team members returned to the club’s Enfield HQ for a double training session, according to the Mail Online.
Both players and staff had been forced to isolate after testing positive for Covid.This also caused a section of the training ground to be closed down as well.It is believed the buildings at the centre remained shut during the double session on Sunday, with the players arriving to.
