Boris Johnson announced on Friday that the target is to start allowing supporters back into sporting events by October.And Spurs are in talks with the authorities about being the first football club in this country to stage a game with fans since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early March.The government views the plush Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which opened towards the end of last season, as the ideal venue to test case having spectators back.The way the state-of-art stadium in N17 is designed means there is plenty of space to ensure social distancing measures can be maintained both inside and outside the ground.With a capacity of 62,303, it is thought that a crowd of 20,000 to 25,000 could be allowed to attend without causing any genuine.
