Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is planning a test event at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in front of 31,000 fans in a bid to get back to some sort of normality amid the coronavirus pandemic.Like all other teams, Spurs have not had any fans inside their brand new stadium for months and had to play their final few Premier League games last season behind closed doors.But ahead of the new campaign some clubs are making provisions to allow some fans inside under strict social distancing guidelines.Brighton held a successful test event at the Amex Stadium for a friendly against Chelsea last week, where fans were separated by several seats and were asked to wear masks.Around 2,500 fans watched the game, the first ones allowed inside a Premier.
