Designer shocks fans with 'thong masks' at New York Fashion Week

Fashion Week season is finally upon us and designers around the world have been showcasing their Autumn/Winter 2022 collections.

The shows give us a sneak peak at what to expect from high fashion brands, high street retailers and everything in between, as trends trickle down after being debuted on the catwalk.

However, one New York Fashion Week show saw an unexpected and unusual style debuted – and fashion fans aren't convinced. Australian founded label Dion Lee, whose front row was packed with celebrities including Megan Fox and Dua Lipa, debuted a collection combining experimental construction with traditional tailoring, alongside an unexpected accessory.
