Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan have agreed a fee for Lautaro Martinez as Spurs move ahead of Arsenal in the race to land the Argentinian forward.Martinez is set to be the latest departure from the San Siro this summer as Inter attempt to offset their financial difficulties.Achraf Hakimi has joined Paris Saint-Germain for £54million, whilst Romelu Lukaku is close to completing a return to Chelsea in a deal worth just under £100million.Martinez would be the fourth signing of the Nuno Espirito Santo era at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and would join for what would be a club record fee.According to The Times, Spurs have agreed a £60million fee with Inter for Martinez, who scored 19 goals last season as they won Serie A for the first time in.
