A Conservative MP has been arrested after his car was involved in a collision with a lamp post late at night. Jamie Wallis, a Welsh MP for the Tories, is being investigated by police after the car accident on Sunday November 28.
Cops were alerted to reports of a single-vehicle road traffic accident around 1am on Church Road of the sleep village of Llanblethian in Wales.
Mr Wallis was later released by police as they confirmed no person was injured following the incident. The MP’s constituency office confirmed he had been arrested but had not been charged by the authorities.
