Tom Selleck is opening up about his guest starring arc on Friends, and revealing that he was actually really scared!

If you recall, the now 77-year-old actor played Richard Burke, one of Monica Gellar’s most important boyfriends on the show during season 2.

After the two split, he did return for a couple of episodes in season 6. In a new interview, Tom shared what he remembered about the show and just how scared he was to join the show. Click inside to read more… During his recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Tom said that “the hardest thing is to guest on a show.

It’s really hard. It’s like when I did Friends. They were up to speed.” He added that he “wasn’t amazing at what they call the table read.
