Tiny French bulldog puppy left for dead found ‘floating in water’

dailystar.co.ukA tiny French bulldog puppy has been tragically found dead floating lifeless in water. The Scottish Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals SPCA) said the pup was found in Bonkle, Scotland, by a member of the public who called the welfare charity last week.
It are now appealing to members of the public to try to establish how the tiny puppy died and whether she was dead before she was found in the water.
Sadly, the dead dog was found tangled up in weeds and looked to be no older than a newborn pup. Inspector Heather Lawson of the Scottish SPCA said the animal welfare charity estimate the puppy was "between five and eight weeks old".
