The toy poodle was being exercised off its lead and the man who kicked it claimed it had been making a mess in a rant against the pup's owner.
CCTV images dated April 23 show the poodle walking near its female owner as she collects a delivery of parcels. In the clip, which has been watched more than five million times on social media, the mask and glove-wearing pensioner walks up the steps and heads towards the building entrance.
