A thug who bottled a teenager and struck another with a machete in gruesome assaults has been jailed for two and a half years for the crime today.
Jack Andrews, 22, attacked Brogan Aird, 18, after a house party in Easterhouse, six miles east of the centre of Glasgow, Scotland, last December, Daily Record reports.
He picked up a broken glass bottle from the street and stabbed Miss Aird, who required surgery to her forearm. The brutal assault came 13 months after Andrews smacked Kelsey Wood, 19, with the blade outside his grandparent’s flat.
Andrews was sentenced to a year behind bars between the two attacks for brandishing an axe at a group of youths in December 2018 – with the vicious attack caught on video.
