The Norwegian, who was wanted by Manchester United this time last year, ended up moving from RB Salzburg to Dortmund for just £17million.
Reports suggest he has a release clause of £68m in his contract, but that will only become active from 2022 onwards. Before that time comes, Dortmund will likely be able to demand an English transfer record fee in exchange for their wonderkid.
