The Trotters made 20-plus signings over the summer after Evatt joined the club from Barrow and set about overhauling the Wanderers squad.
Though the transfer window only closed just over a month ago, attentions have already turned to potential business when January comes around.
Evatt has spoken to Wanderers owner Sharon Brittan and the rest of the Bolton board over the possibility of bringing in new additions.
Due to the approach taken by the club's ownership financially, there remains room in the Wanderers budget to bring in new players and Evatt feels the Trotters are 'three or four light'.
