Anna-Louise’s husband and son, seven, were tragically killed by a careless driver six years ago and she made the decision to donate her son Fraser’s heart to Roman, a boy with a heart defect.
The brave mum appeared on the show today alongside Roman’s mother Zoe and the little boy himself. In incredibly moving scenes they revealed how Roman is connected to Fraser in a number of ways.
