Vacheron Constantin has announced its first joint venture with the Musée du Louvre in Paris, which will see one person win the opportunity to have a bespoke timepiece created for them by the world's oldest watch manufacture in continuous production.

Having previously collaborated in 2016 on the restoration of La Création du Monde, an 18th-century clock that once belonged to King Louis XV, Vacheron Constantin last year announced a new partnership with the Louvre, which will aim to create “a number of collaborations and projects in the fields of craftsmanship, haute horlogerie, art and culture”.Seen by both Vacheron Constantin and the Louvre as a perfect pairing, there is an ongoing commitment to artistic conservation, a mutual respect for.
