The OA won't be returning for a third season, despite the passionate outcry from fans for more episodes.The sci-fi drama was controversially axed by Netflix after just two seasons, sparking a major fan campaign for its revival.Appearing on This Morning today (July 8), Isaacs was asked outright by presenters Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby if the series will be coming back, and his response was disappointingly definitive.Addressing the fan campaign to save the show, Isaacs said: "Outside Netflix headquarters, outsider Trump Tower, some unfortunate lady went on a hunger strike – there was a huge fan movement for it. "But it won't be coming back."He continued: "It won't be coming back, but you know, we made two seasons of maybe the most.
