TIM Campbell will become Lord Alan Sugar’s new aide in the upcoming series of The Apprentice - despite him being a business flop.
The businessman, who won the first ever series in 2005, will help Lord Sugar to put 16 hopefuls vying for £250,000 for a new business through their paces alongside Karen Brady.
Campbell will replace Claude Littner while he recovers from injuries sustained in a cycling accident that led to him almost having a leg amputated.
He is being promoted as a marketing expert, however, recent checks reveal that his company was dissolved in June - with just £5 in the bank.
