Enterprising chefs are coming up with all sorts of different strategies for turning your home into a Michelin-starred haven for a night.
One of the most interesting is a joint enterprise by Hedonism, the very high-end wine shop owned by the epicurean Russian billionaire Yevgeny Chichvarkin, and Hide, a Michelin-starred Mayfair restaurant which is backed by Chichvarkin but headed up by London-based superchef Ollie Dabbous.
