Tributes have been pouring in for Kraftwerk founder Florian Schneider after he tragically died aged 73. The star had battled with cancer, with the band paying tribute to their ‘friend and companion’ in a statement.

Elsewhere, celebs have been mourning the loss of the electronic music pioneer. The 1975 frontman Matty Healy wrote on Twitter: ‘I am incredibly saddened by the passing of Florian Schneider.
