Relativity Media, United Cerebral Palsy and Cinemark Theatres have partnered for a special limited theatrical release of Brett Leonard’s sports drama Triumph, which stars Terrence Howard, RJ Mitte, Colton Haynes, Grace Victoria Cox and Johnathon Schaech.
Inspired by Michael D. Coffey's true story, Triumph portrays a high school senior (Mitte) battling against all odds to be a wrestler, despite having cerebral palsy.
The feature is set to screen in 200 Cinemark theaters nationwide from April 30, 2021. "Much like Rudy and Miracle, Triumph is a film about determinism, passion and inclusion," Relativity Media CEO Lex Miron said of bringing Coffey’s story to screens nationwide.
