drug offences after £81,000 worth of substances were recovered from a Glasgow house. It came after police officers searched a property on Toryglen Road in Rutherglen, Lanarkshire on Tuesday August 3.
A spokesman confirmed they found heroin, herbal cannabis, cocaine and 8,500 etizolam tablets with an estimated street value of around £81,000.
The 18-year-old man has been released on an undertaking and is due to appear in court at a later date. The recovery was part of an intelligence-led operation by Police Scotland.
Detective Inspector Laura Sands said: “We have taken a significant amount of drugs off the street during this operation.“Drugs can have a devastating impact on communities and we would continue to encourage members of the public.
