Ted Hope, the former co-head at Amazon Movies, is set to join Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
The indie film guru will become a professor of practice in the new graduate entertainment and creative industries program. Hope will be based at ASU's Los Angeles campus, in the historic Herald Examiner building, linked to The Sidney Poitier New American Film School in Arizona. "The evolution of the creative industries continues to move on a seismic scale, requiring new outlooks, practices and processes, and on an increasingly more urgent basis," Hope said in a statement on Tuesday.
