The company said that they “deeply regret having to make this announcement” with the little time remaining before the tour’s scheduled start on February 27.Konnect’d Entertainment stated that “the working visas for both the artists and staff have yet to be issued” despite having submitted all necessary documents “in a timely manner”.“For those who already purchased tickets, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used to make the purchase,” it added.
