Survivors of a horror train crash have described their terrifying experience after two trains collided. It came as a carriage was derailed after hitting an object, and a second train then collided with it when signalling was affected.

Around 100 people were evacuated from the train on Sunday October 31, with 12 people injured, according to the Mirror.
