Strictly Come Dancing's JJ Chalmers had surgery to remove shrapnel. It's been nine years since the star was injured in an Afghanistan bomb blast while serving as a Royal Marine in 2011.

Now Prince Harry's pal, 34, has dashed to Salisbury District Hospital to get surgery on his infected wound. The Invictus Games gold medallist has been nursing the infection for four months after a flare up while taking part on Strictly Come Dancing late last year.
