Stirling rider Millie Boo Smith is asking the community to Crowdfund more than £140,000 for a new local riding centre for others with disabilities.The teenager, who was born 14 weeks premature and has cerebral palsy and severe hearing loss, was recently awarded Riding for the Disabled UK’s most prestigious honour, Participant of the Year, by Princess Anne.And true to the spirit that helped earn her the title, Millie Boo is asking the community to come together this Christmas and help Crowdfund for £141,000 to provide services for others with disabilities in the central belt.Millie, who required life-saving open heart surgery at just four-weeks old, vaults and volunteers with Equi-Power Central Scotland RDA group.The charity operates from a
