Liverpool legend Sir Kenny Dalglish has received dozenx of well-wishing messages after testing positive for coronavirus. The 69-year-old is in hospital but is showing no symptoms, his family have announced.
Dalglish was admitted to hospital on Wednesday for treatment of an infection which required intravenous antibiotics and was routinely tested for coronavirus after being admitted. "Unexpectedly, the test result was positive but he remains asymptomatic," the Dalglish family said.
