Kenny Dalglish has backed Rangers ' call for an independent inquiry into the SPFL voting saga - but urged the club to produce their evidence.
As exclusively revealed in the , Rangers have stepped up their push for an investigation into how league bosses handled the controversial ballot.
But chairman Douglas Park is not willing to hand over information - that allegedly shows the vote to be flawed and questions the integrity of the SPFL - while chief-executive Neil Doncaster, chairman Murdoch MacLennan and legal advisor Rod McKenzie are still involved.Dalglish believes the SPFL's credibility is "on the floor" and welcomes calls for the episode to be probed.
