While Blasé found success as the co-founder of pop band Haute, he wanted to switch things up. So the French vocalist, producer, and DJ who grew up in New York found himself in an Airbnb in southwest Atlanta for two weeks at the end of 2019.

He brought rappers Ayodele, JWLES, and Le Lij with him to collaborate with locals NGeeYL, Sheen Frost, Doobie Rockstar, BStakk, Squido, Kil, and Eli Band$.
